The payment information for each of the projects can be found in the proposed agreement, invoice, contract, or statement of work. It may contain the overall project payment amount, billing model, payment timeline, milestones, payable flat fees, deadlines, taxes, or anything related to payment.
Ment Tech Labs is able to engage with the clients on projects on the following engagement models: fixed price, milestone-based, retainer, dedicated team, or time & material as per the customers’ requirements.
Customers shall pay as per the terms. In case payments are delayed, Ment Tech Labs shall have the right to suspend project work/delivery/support or restrict access until outstanding payments are received.
All refunds, cancellations, or contributions will be executed as per the letter of agreement between Ment Tech Labs and the client.
Ment Tech Labs understands that clients may share ideas, documents, business plans, product flows, source code, data, designs, and technical details before or during a project. We respect that ownership and treat such information carefully.
Anything you already own before working with us remains yours. This may include your brand assets, business data, product idea, documents, content, customer information, or internal processes.
Final ownership of deliverables (e.g., source code, design files, documentation, smart contracts, or software modules) will be established by proposals, contracts, and statements of work between the two parties.
We do not treat client project information as public. Business ideas, technical documents, access details, project discussions, and sensitive data shared with us are handled with care. Where required, Ment Tech Labs may also sign an NDA or follow agreed confidentiality terms.
Certain projects might utilize third-party services/people that aren’t owned by Ment Tech Labs. Examples can include APIs, cloud services, third-party wallets, or AI models.
Ment Tech Labs can potentially suggest, incorporate, or deploy these tools or solutions as part of this work. Each third-party platform has its own terms, costs, operating times, data policies, and technical restrictions.
All third-party services used on your project must be reviewed and accepted by you beforehand.
Ment Tech Labs shall not be held accountable for any issues emanating from any third-party platform, including but not limited to downtime, changes to pricing, etc., and then feeding into the MentTech system.
Ment Tech Labs builds solutions in areas that change quickly, including AI, blockchain, Web3, smart contracts, DeFi, and tokenization. These technologies can be powerful, but they also depend on many factors that are not always in one company’s control.
We work to plan, build, and deliver solutions carefully. However, we cannot promise results such as the following:
